Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I'd say regular biscuits, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I'm very quite in love. And if chocolate chips are thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they just take 15 minutes to make and also clock in at about 60 calories each cookie. YES!

This truly isn't a recipe. It is me telling you how to mix two items together for sweet satisfaction which you don't have to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients from a box. Just all natural materials.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthy treat!) For all those you are. That's unless you are allergic to peanuts or oats. Sorry!

Banana and oats bake with each other to make simple breakfast biscuits that tasty such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed

2 cups gluten free yoghurt

If wanted you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of flour; it's okay if it is not absolutely ground.

In large bowl combined visit this site mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then squirt a bit with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until biscuits are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days, or they can be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
